Private yoga and meditation tuition, either one-to-one or in small groups can be a great way to deepen your practice, with sessions tailored specifically for you and your level of experience.  Private sessions can be dynamic, therapeutic, or restorative depending on your goals, lifestyle and health.
     Yoga and meditation can be used to assist with and heal a number of physical and mental health issues: from trauma and physical injuries to chronic or debilitating illnesses as well as treating depression, anxiety, frequent headaches, asthma, back pain, sciatica, carpal tunnel, joint pain, scoliosis and the menopause afflictions to name a few.
     Yoga allows for renewal at all levels and restores health and balance to the body and mind. It can correct mis-alignments in the body and is also healing to the internal organs, it helps to repair injured muscles and tissues as well as ease fatigue, relieve stress, it aids recovery from illness and gives new clarity to the mind.
     This comprehensive approach supports and encourages specific areas of the body to heal as well as strengthening the body systemically so one can recover from injury, surgery or a variety of stress-related and/or immune system disorders.
These sessions may also include a focus on improving your lifestyle with particular special attention to diet, exercise and therapeutic relaxation techniques.
Sarah & Marco are available for one to one, and small group sessions should you wish to explore the benefits of yoga and meditation to heal body and mind in a specific way, or simply just to learn these disciplines on a more personal level.
